1. Verify that both water supply taps are fully open and that the inlet hoses are not kinked or clogged.
2. Unplug the washer. Turn off the water supply and disconnect the inlet hoses from the machine.
3. Check and clean the small filter screens located inside the washer’s water inlet ports.
4. If the screens are clean and water pressure to the machine is good, the water inlet valve may be faulty.
5. To replace the valve, remove the top panel of the washer to access it. Disconnect the wire harnesses and hoses from the old valve.
6. Remove the screws holding the valve in place and install the new one, ensuring all connections are secure.
7. Reassemble the washer, turn on the water, and plug the machine in to test the filling process.
