How to Fix ID0 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Disconnect the dishwasher from power at the circuit breaker and shut off the hot water supply valve, usually located under the kitchen sink.
- Carefully pull the dishwasher out from under the counter. You may need to remove two mounting screws that secure the dishwasher to the countertop.
- Lay the dishwasher on its back on a towel or blanket to protect the floor and the appliance. This will give you access to the wash pump and motor assembly underneath.
