3. Carefully pull the dishwasher out from under the counter and lay it on its back to access the bottom.
4. Locate the heating element terminals protruding from the bottom of the tub. Disconnect the two wires attached to them.
5. Unscrew the nuts holding the old heating element in place and gently pull it out from inside the tub.
6. Install the new heating element, ensuring the rubber seals are properly seated. Secure it with the nuts.
