How to Fix Washer Error
- Unplug washer for 5 minutes to reset electronics.
- Inspect all wire harness connections at main control board (CCU) and motor control unit (MCU), especially the 3-wire serial communication harness (white connector with blue wires).
- Verify connections are fully seated and not corroded.
- Check for burnt components or moisture damage on control boards.
- If connections are secure and code returns after reset, replace main control board (CCU) W
- After replacement, run diagnostic cycle to verify communication between CCU and MCU.
- If F01 persists after CCU replacement, replace motor control unit (MCU) W
