How to Fix HC Error (Step-by-Step)

Turn off the hot and cold water faucets connected to the back of the washer.
Use a pair of pliers to unscrew the metal fittings on both hoses from the washer’s water inlet valve.
Look for the ‘H’ (Hot) and ‘C’ (Cold) labels on the washer’s inlet valve ports.
Reconnect the hose coming from your home’s hot water supply to the ‘H’ port.
Reconnect the hose from your cold water supply to the ‘C’ port.
