Error Code: F20 Difficulty: Moderate
Problem: No Water Detected
How to Fix F20 Error (Step-by-Step)
- First, ensure the water supply faucets behind the washer are turned on completely.
- Check the water inlet hoses for any kinks or twists that could block water flow. Straighten them if necessary.
- Unplug the washer and turn off the water faucets. Unscrew the hoses from the back of the machine.
- Inside the connection ports on the washer, you will find small filter screens. Use pliers to gently pull them out and clean any sediment or debris under a faucet. Reinstall them.
- If the screens are clean and the problem continues, the water inlet valve is likely faulty. Remove the washer’s back or top panel to access it.
- Take a photo of the electrical connectors and hoses attached to the valve.
- Disconnect the wires and hoses, remove the mounting screws, and install the new valve. Reconnect everything and turn the water and power back on.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
