How to Fix F3 E1 Error (Step-by-Step)

  1. Disconnect the washer from power and turn off the hot and cold water supply valves.
  2. Pull the washer away from the wall and remove the rear access panel.
  3. Locate the pressure sensor, which is typically a small, round component with a thin rubber tube and a wire connector attached, usually near the top of the tub.
  4. Carefully detach the rubber tube from the sensor and unplug the electrical connector.
  5. Remove any screws or clips holding the old sensor in place and install the new one.
  6. Reconnect the rubber tube and the wire harness to the new pressure sensor.
  7. Reinstall the back panel, reconnect the water hoses, and plug the washer in to test.
  8. Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
