Problem: EEPROM error – control board memory failure (alias of E50)
How to Fix EE Error
- UNPLUG THE DRYER. This is an alias for E50, an EEPROM (memory) error on the main control board.
- A hard reset (unplugging for 10 minutes) is worth trying but rarely works for this error.
- The main control board has failed and must be replaced.
- Follow the procedure for code F01: Locate the board, photograph the wiring, label and disconnect all harnesses, swap the board, and carefully reconnect all wires.
