How to Fix LO Error (Step-by-Step)

  1. Locate the hot and cold water supply valves behind the washer and confirm they are turned all the way on.
  2. Turn off the water supply valves and unplug the washer from the outlet.
  3. Unscrew the water inlet hoses from the back of the washing machine. Have a small bucket or towel ready for any water still in the hoses.
  4. Look inside the two water inlet ports on the washer. You will see small filter screens.
  5. Carefully remove these screens using needle-nose pliers and clean them thoroughly under a faucet to remove any sediment or debris. A small brush can help dislodge stubborn particles.
  6. Reinsert the clean filter screens, reattach the water hoses securely, and turn the water supply back on fully before plugging the washer in again.
  7. Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
