Error Code: LO Difficulty: Easy
Problem: Low water pressure.
How to Fix LO Error (Step-by-Step)
- Locate the hot and cold water supply valves behind the washer and confirm they are turned all the way on.
- Turn off the water supply valves and unplug the washer from the outlet.
- Unscrew the water inlet hoses from the back of the washing machine. Have a small bucket or towel ready for any water still in the hoses.
- Look inside the two water inlet ports on the washer. You will see small filter screens.
- Carefully remove these screens using needle-nose pliers and clean them thoroughly under a faucet to remove any sediment or debris. A small brush can help dislodge stubborn particles.
- Reinsert the clean filter screens, reattach the water hoses securely, and turn the water supply back on fully before plugging the washer in again.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
