Problem: Reversed hot and cold water hoses.
How to Fix HO SE Error (Step-by-Step)
- Press the ‘Pause’ or ‘Cancel’ button to stop the current cycle.
- Turn off the water supply to the washer at the wall valves.
- Check the connections of the hot and cold water hoses on the back of the washing machine.
- Ensure the hose marked ‘HOT’ is connected to the hot water inlet valve on the washer and the hot water faucet. The hose marked ‘COLD’ should be connected to the cold water inlet and faucet.
- If the hoses are reversed, unscrew them and reconnect them to the correct positions.
- Turn the water supply back on and check for any leaks.
- Start a new wash cycle to see if the error is cleared.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
