How to Fix EDR Error (Step-by-Step)
- This code indicates the washer is in ‘Demo’ or ‘Showroom’ mode, which disables normal washing functions.
- To exit this mode, locate the ‘Temp’ and ‘Spin’ buttons on the control panel.
- Press and hold both the ‘Temp’ and ‘Spin’ buttons at the same time.
- Continue to hold the buttons for approximately 5 to 10 seconds.
- The display should change, or you may hear a beep, signaling that the washer has exited demo mode.
- Release the buttons and try to start a normal wash cycle to confirm the washer is now functioning correctly.
