How to Fix OE2 Error

• UNPLUG washer from electrical power.
• Observe tub interior for 10 minutes with washer OFF. If water level rises, inlet valve is leaking.
• Remove rear panel to access inlet valve assembly. Place towels underneath to catch residual water.
• Disconnect inlet hoses from valve ports. Inspect valve seats for mineral deposits or debris.
• Clean valve inlet screens with vinegar solution and soft brush. Rinse thoroughly.
• If leak persists after cleaning, replace entire inlet valve assembly using OEM part DC62-00120A.

How to Fix SC Error

1. UNPLUG. Access steam generator (front lower compartment).
2. Descale unit with vinegar solution per manual.
3. Test heating element resistance (should be 30-60Ω).
4. Replace steam generator assembly (DC97-18550A) if faulty.

How to Fix HC1 Error

How to Fix HC2 Error

• UNPLUG washer from electrical power.
• Remove lower front access panel to access tub assembly.
• Locate thermistor mounted near heater assembly on tub wall. Disconnect wiring harness.
• Measure resistance across thermistor terminals with multimeter. At room temperature, should read ~10kΩ.
• If resistance reads near zero ohms (shorted) or fluctuates wildly, replace thermistor.
• Remove mounting screw securing sensor. Gently pry thermistor from tub wall without damaging threads.
• Clean mounting surface on tub with isopropyl alcohol. Apply thermal conductive paste to new sensor base.

How to Fix nd Error

1. Unplug washer and turn off water supply valves.
2. Remove lower front panel (3 screws at bottom edge).
3. Place towels underneath, then slowly unscrew drain pump filter cap counter-clockwise to release water gradually.
4. Clear all debris (coins, hairpins, lint) from filter housing and impeller chamber.
5. Manually rotate pump impeller clockwise with finger – should spin freely without grinding or binding.
6. Reinstall filter snugly (hand-tight plus 1/4 turn maximum – overtightening cracks housing).
7. Check drain hose for kinks beyond 90° bends and ensure standpipe height doesn’t exceed 96 inches.

How to Fix 4E2 Error
