How to Fix SPIN LIGHT FLASHING Error (Step-by-Step)

Unplug the washer from the electrical outlet and confirm the error stays cleared during a full test cycle.
Open the washer lid to access the lid lock assembly.
Remove the screws holding the lid lock (Part W10810403) in place.
Carefully disconnect the wire harness attached to the old lid lock.
Connect the new lid lock to the wire harness and secure it with the screws.
To address potential imbalance issues, also replace the four suspension rods (Part W10780048) at each corner of the tub.
Plug the washer back in and start a spin cycle to test the new lid lock and suspension.
Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
