Error Code: UL Difficulty: Easy
Problem: Unbalanced load.
How to Fix UL Error (Step-by-Step)
- Press the ‘Cancel’ or ‘Pause’ button to stop the dishwasher. Wait a moment for the cycle to halt completely before opening the door.
- Carefully slide out the bottom and top racks to inspect how the dishes are loaded.
- Identify any large, heavy items like pots, pans, or serving bowls that are grouped together on one side.
- Rearrange these heavy items, distributing them evenly around the bottom rack to balance the weight from side to side and front to back.
- Check that no dishes are blocking the spray arms. Gently spin the spray arms with your hand to ensure they can rotate freely without hitting anything.
- Securely slide both racks back into the dishwasher and close the door firmly until it latches.
- Press the ‘Start/Resume’ button to continue the cycle. The error should now be cleared.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
