Problem: Excessive suds detected – suds lock condition (Cabrio platform equivalent of Sd)
How to Fix Washer Error
- Press PAUSE/CANCEL once to stop cycle, wait 1 minute, then press again to clear display.
- Select ‘Drain & Spin’ cycle without adding any detergent.
- Allow washer to complete 2-3 consecutive drain/spin cycles to remove excess suds.
- Use ONLY HE (High-Efficiency) detergent – never regular detergent in HE washer.
- Measure detergent precisely: 2 tablespoons liquid HE or 1 tablespoon powder HE per normal load.
- Avoid ‘ultra-concentrated’ detergents unless specifically labeled for HE machines.
- Never exceed fabric softener fill line in dispenser – overdosing causes suds lock.
- If suds persist, run empty ‘Clean Washer’ cycle with affresh tablet or 1 cup white vinegar.
- Clean dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water to remove caked detergent residue.
- Verify drain pump filter is clean – debris can trap suds in recirculation system.
