How to Fix Washer Error

  1. Immediately unplug washer – triac failure can cause electrical hazards.
  2. Remove rear panel to access motor control unit (MCU).
  3. Visually inspect MCU board for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or charred areas near triac locations.
  4. Disconnect all harnesses from MCU and check for moisture intrusion or corrosion.
  5. Test continuity between motor terminals and ground (should be infinite resistance; any reading indicates short).
  6. If motor tests good, replace MCU assembly W
  7. Before reinstalling, verify no foreign objects are contacting motor wiring.
  8. After replacement, run diagnostic cycle monitoring motor operation at low/high speeds.
  9. If F07 returns immediately, inspect main control board (CCU) for output stage damage.
