How to Fix Washer Error
- Pause the wash cycle immediately.
- Open washer door/lid and remove standing water with towels.
- Add 1 cup of white vinegar to help dissipate suds.
- Run a drain/spin cycle without adding any detergent.
- If suds remain, repeat drain/spin cycle with cold water only.
- Thoroughly clean detergent dispenser and housing.
- Switch to HE (High Efficiency) detergent exclusively.
- Use half the recommended detergent amount for future loads.
- Check for detergent buildup in dispenser housing and clean.
- Run a test cycle with proper HE detergent amount to verify operation.
