How to Fix Washer Error

  1. Unplug the washer from power for 10 minutes to reset the control board.
  2. Remove the top panel by unscrewing the 3 screws at the back and sliding it forward.
  3. Check all wire harness connections to the Central Control Unit (CCU) for loose or corroded connections.
  4. Inspect the CCU board for any visible burn marks or damaged components.
  5. If connections are good but error persists, disconnect the power cord and remove the CCU mounting screws.
  6. Carefully disconnect all wire harnesses from the old CCU board.
  7. Transfer any wire management clips to the new board.
  8. Install the new CCU board and reconnect all harnesses in their correct positions.
  9. Reassemble the top panel and plug in the washer to test.
