How to Fix MULTIPLE LIGHTS FLASHING Error (Step-by-Step)
- Unplug the washer from the power outlet to ensure safety.
- Turn off the hot and cold water supplies to the washer.
- Carefully slide the washer forward to access the back panel.
- Open the top panel of the washer to locate the suspension rods at each corner of the tub.
- One by one, replace each of the four suspension rods (Part W10780048) by first detaching the old rod from the tub and the washer base, then installing the new rod in the reverse order.
- Once all suspension rods are replaced, close the top panel and reconnect the water supplies.
- Plug the washer back in and run a test cycle to ensure the error is cleared.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
