- Perform a hard reset by unplugging the washer for at least 5 minutes. Plug it back in and test if the error is gone.

- To do this, you may need to remove screws from the back of the console or top panel of the washer to tilt or remove it.
- Take a clear photograph of the wiring connected to the user interface board.
- Disconnect the ribbon cables and any other wire harnesses from the old board.
- Remove the screws holding the user interface in place and swap it with the new part.
- Reconnect all wiring using your photo as a reference, reassemble the console, and restore power to test.
