Error Code: OC Difficulty: Moderate

Problem: Water overflow — tub level too high

How to Fix OC Error

  1. This is an overflow error. First, unplug the washer.
  2. If there is water in the tub, you may need to manually drain it using the drain hose at the bottom of the machine.
  3. Access the water level sensor (pressure switch), usually located in the top section of the washer. It will have a thin air tube connected to it.
  4. Disconnect the air tube and blow through it to ensure it’s not clogged. Check the tube for cracks or damage.
  5. If the tube is clear, the sensor itself is likely faulty and needs to be replaced.
