How to Fix 6E2 Error
- Unplug the washer.
- Gently press and release all the buttons on the control panel to see if one is physically stuck. Sometimes wiping the panel with a damp cloth can free it.
- If the error persists, the user interface board is faulty. Remove the top panel to access the control console.
- Disconnect the wire harnesses from the user interface board.
- Remove the screws holding the board in place and replace it with the new one.
- Reassemble and restore power.
