How to Fix F2E2 Error

UNPLUG THE WASHER. This indicates a communication failure between the main control board (CCU) and the user interface (UI) board.
Access the control area by removing the top panel or console. Locate both boards.
Carefully inspect the ribbon cable and any other wiring that connects the two boards. Reseat the connectors firmly at both ends.
If the wiring is intact and the error persists, one of the two boards has failed. It can be difficult to determine which one without specialized tools, but the UI board is often the easier and cheaper part to replace first.
