How to Fix 5d Error

This is an alias for the ‘SUd’ code, meaning the machine has detected too many suds.
Do not interrupt the cycle. The washer will automatically try to break down the suds by pausing and adding rinses.
To prevent this, always use High-Efficiency (HE) detergent and use the correct amount for your load size and water hardness.
After the cycle, run an empty ‘Clean Washer’ or ‘Rinse & Spin’ cycle to clear out any residue.
