Inspect pressure tube for cracks, kinks, or disconnection at tub air dome and sensor (common failure at sharp bends).
Disconnect tube at sensor and blow through entire length to clear moisture blockage (tube must be completely dry).
Submerge tube end in water and blow gently – should see steady stream of bubbles indicating clear passage.
Test sensor output frequency with multimeter in frequency mode (should read 28-32kHz at empty tub, 22-26kHz at full tub).
Replace water level sensor DC96-01703C if frequency unstable (<20kHz or >35kHz) or no change with pressure applied.
Check tub air dome port for soap scum blockage – remove hose clamp and clean port with pipe cleaner or small brush.
Verify pressure tube has proper drip loop below tub connection to prevent moisture migration to sensor.
