Problem: DC bus undervoltage on inverter circuit (<250V DC) - rectifier or supply fault
How to Fix 9C2 Error
- Measure AC input voltage at terminal block TB1 (must be >105V AC under load).
- Check noise filter output voltage under load – should match input within 2V.
- Inspect rectifier diodes D1-D4 on PCB for opens (test forward bias

- 7V, reverse OL).
- Test DC bus capacitor capacitance with LCR meter – replace PCB if <80% rated value (450V 680μF minimum).
- Verify no excessive current draw from other loads causing voltage sag during motor startup.
- Replace main PCB DC92-01543A if components test good but DC bus collapses under load.
- Confirm proper wire gauge on dedicated circuit (minimum 14 AWG for 15A circuit; 12 AWG recommended).
