Problem: Drive motor tachometer error – motor not reaching required RPM
How to Fix Washer Error
- Unplug washer and remove rear access panel.
- Locate drive motor and inspect motor speed sensor (Hall effect sensor) mounted on motor housing.
- Disconnect sensor connector and check for corrosion or bent pins.
- Verify sensor gap between sensor and rotor magnet is

- 5mm (adjust mounting if loose).
- Spin motor shaft manually while monitoring sensor output with multimeter in AC voltage mode (should produce pulsating signal).
- Check motor windings for continuity (4-6 ohms between terminals).
- Inspect drive belt for wear, cracks, or improper tension (should deflect 1/2 inch when pressed midway).
- If sensor tests good but error persists, replace motor control unit (MCU) W
- If error continues after MCU replacement, replace main control board (CCU) W
