This code indicates the inlet thermistor is ‘open’. Locate the thermistor on the blower housing or heater box.
You will need to remove an access panel (usually the lower front or the rear) to see it.
Disconnect the wire harness from the thermistor.
Remove the screw holding it in place and install the new thermistor.
