Error Code: nF Difficulty: Easy

Problem: No fill – water not entering drum within 40 minutes

How to Fix nF Error

1. Verify both hot/cold water valves fully open (turn counter-clockwise until stop).
2. Disconnect inlet hoses at machine and check for screen filters clogged with sediment (clean with vinegar soak 15 minutes).
3. Ensure hoses aren’t kinked behind machine – minimum bend radius 4 inches.
4. Test water pressure at faucet (minimum 20 PSI required; use pressure gauge).
5. Enter diagnostic mode: press Temp + Delay Start + Power simultaneously, then press Temp button 2 times to activate cold water valve.
6. Listen for distinct valve click – if silent, check voltage at valve terminals (should read 120V AC during fill).
7. Replace inlet valve assembly DC62-00243A if no voltage present at solenoid or screens clean but no water flow.
