How to Fix FL1 Error
- For models with LED blink patterns instead of display: Count blinks after power-on (1 blink = door lock fault).
- Ensure door fully closed until audible click.
- Inspect door gasket for obstructions preventing seal.
- Remove top panel and check door lock wiring harness for damage near hinge area.
- Test door lock solenoid resistance (300-600Ω normal).
- Manually activate lock mechanism through front panel access hole – should engage smoothly.
- Replace door lock assembly DC34-00028A if solenoid open-circuit or mechanism binding.
- Verify 120V AC present at lock connector during lock attempt using multimeter.
