How to Fix Dishwasher Error
- Unplug dishwasher for 10 minutes to reset electronics.
- Remove lower access panel to expose motor wiring harness and main control board.
- Reseat motor harness connector at both motor and main board ends. Press firmly until click.
- Clean all connector pins with electrical contact cleaner. Allow 5 minutes drying time.
- Inspect entire harness routing for pinched wires, rodent damage, or abrasion near metal edges.
- Test motor windings resistance per service manual specifications (typically balanced readings).
- If harness is damaged or motor tests faulty: repair wiring or replace motor assembly (separate procedure).
- If harness and motor test good but error persists: replace main control board using OEM part DD92-00001A.
- Transfer all connectors to new board. Secure mounting screws to 4 in-lbs torque.
- Restore power. Enter diagnostic mode to verify motor communication and run motor test cycle.
