This is not an error. It is an alternate display for ‘LOC’ or ‘Control Lock’ (Child Lock).
To deactivate, find the button on your control panel that has a ‘Control Lock’ label or a small lock icon.
Press and hold this specific button for 3-5 seconds until ‘LC’ disappears from the display.
