How to Fix Washer Error

  1. Turn off the household water supply valves at the wall.
  2. Unplug the washer from power source.
  3. Remove the water inlet hoses from the back of the washer.
  4. Use an adjustable wrench to remove the inlet hose screens from the water valve inlets.
  5. Clean the screens thoroughly under running water, using an old toothbrush to remove mineral deposits.
  6. Inspect the screens for any damage or holes and replace if necessary.
  7. Reinstall the clean screens into the water valve inlets.
  8. Reconnect the water inlet hoses and hand-tighten before using wrench for final tightening.
  9. Turn on the water supply valves slowly and check for leaks.
  10. Plug in the washer and test the fill function with both hot and cold water.
