Problem: Main Control Board (CCU) / EEPROM Error
How to Fix Washer Error
- Unplug the washer from power for 10 minutes to reset the control board.
- Remove the top panel by unscrewing the 3 screws at the back and sliding it forward.
- Check all wire harness connections to the Central Control Unit (CCU) for loose or corroded connections.
- Inspect the CCU board for any visible burn marks or damaged components.
- If connections are good but error persists, disconnect the power cord and remove the CCU mounting screws.
- Carefully disconnect all wire harnesses from the old CCU board.
- Transfer any wire management clips to the new board.
- Install the new CCU board and reconnect all harnesses in their correct positions.
- Reassemble the top panel and plug in the washer to test.
