How to Fix Refrigerator Error

  1. Unplug refrigerator.
  2. Remove ice bin and inspect ice maker mold for jammed cubes or ice bridge formation.
  3. Manually advance ice maker by inerting insulated screwdriver into test terminals (T-H) to initiate harvest cycle.

  5. Disconnect ice maker harness and test motor resistance: should read 50-200Ω.
  6. Test ice maker thermostat continuity: should close below 15°F.
  7. If motor/thermostat tests good but no operation, replace complete ice maker assembly WPW
  8. Check water inlet valve operation during fill cycle – no water indicates separate valve issue (not F5 code).
