How to Fix F23 Error
- Disconnect the dryer from power.
- This code points to the exhaust (outlet) thermistor. It’s located on the blower housing where the air exits the drum.
- Remove the necessary panels to access the blower housing.
- Disconnect the thermistor’s wire harness and test its resistance with a multimeter. It should read around 10,000 ohms at room temperature.
- If the reading is incorrect, replace the thermistor.
