- Test relay coils for continuity (80-150 ohms typical)—infinite resistance indicates open coil.
- Test relay contacts for proper operation: de-energized = open circuit; energized = continuity.
- If any relay fails tests, control board must be replaced—relays are not serviceable individually.
- For commercial coin-op models: inspect coin mechanism wiring harness for damage, verify harness fully connected to control board, clean coin acceptor mechanism of debris.
- Replace control board WPW10111608 with exact model match.
- After installation, enter diagnostic mode and run all actuator tests to verify proper relay operation.
