How to Fix E15 Error

Disconnect the dishwasher from power and shut off the water supply. This error indicates water has leaked into the base pan and activated the flood switch.
Pull the dishwasher out from under the counter. Tilt it forward at a 45-degree angle to drain the water from the base pan into a towel.
You must find and fix the source of the leak. Common culprits are a cracked drain pump, a loose hose connection, or a bad door seal.
Inspect the drain pump and float switch for damage. The float switch can be tested for continuity; it should be open when down and closed when lifted. Replace any faulty parts.
Once the leak is repaired and the base pan is dry, reassemble and restore power.
