How to Fix 4-1 Error
- This is a duplicate of error F4E3, indicating a failed drain check valve within the wash motor assembly. Disconnect power.
- Pull the dishwasher out and lay it on its back to access the components underneath.
- The check valve is not sold separately. The entire wash motor/circulation pump assembly must be replaced.
- Disconnect hoses and wiring from the old motor, remove it, and install the new one.
- Reconnect everything securely and set the dishwasher upright.
