  4. Inspect the drain hose check valve for debris or damage.
  5. Remove the drain hose from air gap or sink connection.
  6. Flush the drain hose with hot water to remove obstructions.
  7. If the check valve is faulty, replace the entire drain hose assembly.
  8. Test the OWI (turbidity) sensor operation by running calibration cycle.
  9. If the sensor fails calibration repeatedly, replace the OWI sensor assembly.
