Problem: Drain Error (Hybrid/Condenser models). The condensate drawer is full or the drain hose is kinked.
How to Fix Dryer Error
- Remove and empty the water collection drawer (if equipped).
- Check the drain hose at the back of the unit for kinks or clogs.
- If the hose is clear, the drain pump may be failed.
- Access the drain pump and test for 120V supply when the cycle starts.
- Replace the drain pump if it receives voltage but does not pump.
