How to Fix Washer Error
- Disconnect power at circuit breaker.
- Remove front lower access panel.
- Locate temperature sensor on tub or heater assembly.
- Disconnect electrical connector from sensor.
- Test sensor resistance with multimeter at room temperature (should read 10k-12k ohms).
- Compare readings to manufacturer specifications.
- If sensor is out of range, remove mounting screw and extract old sensor.
- Install new temperature sensor with proper sealing.
- Reconnect electrical connector and secure mounting.
- Restore power and run test cycle to verify temperature readings.
