How to Fix Refrigerator Error
- UNPLUG unit.
- Remove ice bin and locate dispenser motor behind rear wall of freezer door.

- Manually rotate auger shaft to check for ice jams or foreign objects.
- If motor doesn’t rotate when powered (test with multimeter) or gears stripped, replace motor assembly.
