- This is an alternate code for a drying fan failure, same as code 10-
- Disconnect power to the dishwasher.
- Remove the inner door panel to access the drying fan assembly.
- Check the wire harness connection to the fan motor.
- If the connection is secure, the fan motor is faulty and must be replaced.
- Install the new fan assembly, reconnect wiring, and reassemble the door.
