This is an alias for the ‘dE’ (Door Error) code. First, open the door and close it firmly.

Access the door switch by removing the top or front panel. It’s located in the frame where the door closes.
Disconnect the wiring and use a multimeter to test the switch for continuity when its plunger is pressed. If it fails the test, it needs to be replaced.
