How to Fix DF Error (Step-by-Step)

This is a normal function and is often activated by pressing a combination of buttons by mistake.
No action is required. Allow the defrost cycle to complete on its own, which typically takes 20-40 minutes.
Once the cycle is finished, the ‘DF’ code will disappear from the display, and the refrigerator will resume normal cooling.
Do not unplug the refrigerator, as this will interrupt the cycle. The appliance will take care of everything automatically.
