Problem: Control button stuck or MEMS vibration sensor fault
How to Fix bE2 Error
- Power cycle washer completely.
- Press all buttons firmly 5 times each to free potential mechanical stick from detergent residue.
- Enter diagnostic mode (Temp + Delay Start + Power) to test individual button responses on display.
- If specific button unresponsive or stuck: replace control panel DC97-15318A.
- If all buttons functional but error persists: locate MEMS sensor on tub top center (small black 5mm cube).
- Inspect MEMS sensor connector for moisture corrosion or loose connection.
- Replace MEMS sensor DC96-01703B if connector clean but error returns immediately after power cycle (sensor internally shorted).
