Problem: Motor speed sensor error during operation
How to Fix Washer Error
- Disconnect power at circuit breaker.
- Remove front lower access panel.
- Locate motor speed sensor near drive motor.
- Inspect sensor mounting and alignment.
- Test sensor output signal with multimeter during manual rotation.
- Check wiring harness for damage or pinched wires.
- Clean sensor and target area with electrical contact cleaner.
- If sensor is faulty, disconnect electrical connector and remove mounting screws.
- Install new motor speed sensor with proper alignment.
- Test spin cycle operation at various speeds to verify proper sensing.
Still Not Working?
If the replacement part didn’t fix the issue, you may have a wiring problem or main board failure.
