How to Fix Washer Error

  1. Unplug washer and remove rear access panel.
  2. Locate drive motor and inspect motor speed sensor (Hall effect sensor) mounted on motor housing.
  3. Disconnect sensor connector and check for corrosion or bent pins.
  4. Verify sensor gap between sensor and rotor magnet is

  7. Spin motor shaft manually while monitoring sensor output with multimeter in AC voltage mode (should produce pulsating signal).
  8. Check motor windings for continuity (4-6 ohms between terminals).
