How to Fix Dishwasher Error

  1. Disconnect power and water supply.
  2. Remove lower access panel and toe kick panel.
  3. Disconnect all water lines and drain hose.
  4. Disconnect all electrical connectors and label them.
  5. Remove 4 mounting screws securing dishwasher to cabinet frame.
  6. Carefully slide dishwasher out from under counter (get helper).
  7. Remove pump/motor assembly mounting bolts (6 bolts).
  8. Disconnect wire harnesses from pump/motor connectors.
  9. Remove old pump/motor assembly.
  10. Clean mounting surface and install new gaskets.
  11. Install new pump/motor assembly and secure mounting bolts to 15 inch-pounds in crisscross pattern.
  12. Reconnect all electrical and water connections.
  13. Slide dishwasher back into position and secure to cabinet.
  14. Restore utilities and test all functions through complete cycle.
